Terms of service.

By using the Locker Loot website, app, or vending machines, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the platform.
Who can use Locker Loot
The platform is offered through participating schools. Students under 13 must have verified parental consent. Use by anyone under 18 is at the discretion of the school and parent. Adults can purchase from a Locker Loot machine without an account.
Designs and submissions
- You retain authorship of designs you submit.
- By submitting, you grant Locker Loot a non-exclusive license to manufacture, sell, and display the design on platform merchandise.
- Submissions must be original work. No copyrighted characters, logos, or images you don't have rights to.
- School administrators and Locker Loot may reject or remove any submission that violates these terms or school rules.
Royalties
Designers whose work is vended earn a royalty on each unit sold, as detailed on the For Schools page. Royalties are paid to a parent-linked account or digital gift card, depending on age and school preference. Royalty rates may change with notice.
School revenue share
Participating schools receive 30% of net profit on platform sales at their location, paid quarterly. Exact terms are set in the partnership agreement between Locker Loot and the school.
Purchases and refunds
All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or substantially different from what was vended. Defect claims must be made within 14 days. Email hello@lockerlootshop.com with order details.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit harassing, hateful, or inappropriate content.
- Don't manipulate the voting system (multi-vote, sockpuppet, etc.).
- Don't attempt to compromise the platform's security.
- Don't impersonate another student or staff member.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Schools may terminate the partnership per the agreement. Students or parents may delete their account at any time.
Limitation of liability
Locker Loot provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the updates.
